WakeCap offers a fully integrated system providing a host of site safety features to improve site safety. Technology to monitor and alert should there be an urgent need. No one plans to have an accident, but we can plan to prevent accidents on-site and ensure safety procedures are being adhered to all the times.
-
Worker Fall Detection
Accidents do happen but, with the WakeCap solution, falls are identified and alerts are immediately sent directly to the Safety Officer. Our hard hat sensors are equipped with motion detection technology to identify accident fall.
-
Head Impact Detection
Head protection is important, it's why we wear hard hats on site - but head impact, even if wearing a hard hat, could be a concern. With WakeCap, alerts are sent to the Safety Officer should head impact be detected.
-
Panic SOS Emergency Alert
Each WakeCap hard hat sensor is equipped with an emergency call button. One press and an alert is sent directly to the Safety Officer, identifying employee ID and location for immediate medical support.
-
Mustering & Site Emergency Evacuation
Need to call all employees to the mustering area? The two-way communication capability of WakeCap provides the option to notify all employees, wearing a WakeCap hard hat, to assemble at the mustering point. Site evacuation procedure is supported by WakeCap, reporting who has reported and, more importantly, who has not.
-
Know Who is Missing
Knowing where the team all the time is a difficult task, even on smaller sites - try managing 1000+ workers on a construction site and you quickly learn it's almost impossible. Some of the sites we mange have up to 4,000+ active workers. With WakeCap you know the location of each sensor, in real time, right now. And if you can't see them, you need to find them.
-
Temperature & Humidity Monitoring
Each WakeCap anchor has built-in temperature and humidity sensors that monitor conditions day and night. If the climate exceeds acceptable working conditions, the safety officer is notified. Records are maintained for future reference if required.
